Our Spring Retreat will be to NorthBay Adventure Camp located in North East, MD on April 27-29, 2012. It is a time for kids to get away from the distractions of life and focus on their relationship with God.
Registration is online and you may pay with check, cash or credit card via PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account to do this) - there will be a $5 service charge for all PayPal transactions.
The Cost is $160. This covers EVERYTHING.
Check-in will be at 6:00pm please eat dinner prior to arrival.

Please fill out the information below for our staff and retreat nurse to have on file.
Be sure to include any health factors that the Youth Staff should be aware of, or that make it advisable for your son or daughter to limit physical activity.
Also list any allergies such as antibiotics, bee stings, food, etc.
Please include the name, dosage and directions for any medications your child may bring with them.
